📌 1. Shipping coverage – where we deliver

xoqra.com proudly ships to Australia, Canada, the United States, and every other international destination (Rest of World). No matter if you’re in Sydney, Toronto, New York, Tokyo, Berlin, or São Paulo — we bring your favorite goods right to your doorstep.

*Some remote areas or islands may require additional transit time; if your address is extremely remote, our team will notify you.

⏳ 2. Processing & standard delivery time

Processing: 1–3 business days (excluding weekends & public holidays).
Standard delivery: 7–15 business days for Australia, Canada, USA, and Rest of World. You can trust our logistics partners to deliver reliably within this window. During high-demand periods (holidays, launches), slight delays may occur — we’ll keep you updated via email.

💵 3. Shipping fees – simple & fair

✅ Orders under $50 USD → flat rate $10 USD worldwide.
✅ Orders $50 USD or more → FREE shipping (Australia, Canada, USA, Rest of World).
The shipping fee applies per order, not per item. Combine any products (accessories, apparel, home goods, electronics, etc.) to qualify for free shipping easily.

Note: All prices and shipping fees are displayed in USD. Your bank may apply a currency conversion rate.

🛃 4. Customs, duties & taxes (international)

United States: No additional customs fees for domestic shipments.
Canada: Canadian customs may charge GST/HST/PST, duties, or brokerage fees — recipient is responsible. We recommend checking with Canada Border Services Agency.
Australia: Goods and Services Tax (GST) may apply for orders above certain thresholds; any applicable taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.
Rest of World: Import duties, VAT, or handling fees vary by country. xoqra.com is not responsible for delays caused by customs or any additional local charges. Please verify before ordering.

📬 5. Order confirmation, tracking & address accuracy

Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email. After dispatch, tracking details are sent to your email address. Please double-check your shipping address — we are unable to redirect packages to a different address after dispatch. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes; a physical street address is required for all regions.

🔄 6. Returns, lost packages & support

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact our support team within 14 days of the estimated delivery window. We will either reship the items or issue a full refund. For any shipping-related questions, our team is ready to assist.
