No matter where you are, xoqra.com delivers globally. For any remote addresses, additional transit time may apply.

💵 Orders below $50 USD: flat rate $10 USD worldwide.
✨ No hidden fees: rates apply to Australia, Canada, USA, and all other international destinations.

Processing time: 1–3 business days before shipment. Weekends & public holidays not included.

At checkout, select express courier options (DHL / FedEx) if available for your region. Express delivery typically takes 3–6 business days with additional fees calculated at checkout. Contact support for urgent orders.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment. You’ll receive a confirmation email immediately after ordering. During high-volume periods, processing may take up to 4 days.

Once shipped, we’ll send a tracking number & carrier link via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates. You can also log into your xoqra account (or use guest tracking link from the shipping confirmation).

🇺🇸 USA: No extra customs fees for domestic orders.
🇨🇦 Canada: May be subject to GST/HST, duties, or brokerage fees — recipient responsibility.
🇦🇺 Australia: Orders above ~$1000 AUD may incur duties; otherwise GST may apply.
🌍 Rest of World: Import taxes vary per country — please check local regulations. xoqra is not responsible for customs delays.

In the rare event of a lost parcel, contact our support team within 30 days. For delayed shipments beyond 20 business days, we’ll investigate and reship or refund at our discretion. We stand behind every order.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, UnionPay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal. All transactions are secured via SSL encryption and PCI-compliant gateways.

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your item. Merchandise must be unused and in original packaging. Final sale items (if any) are labeled on product pages.

For defective/damaged or incorrect items: xoqra covers return costs (we provide prepaid label).
For buyer’s remorse or size exchange: customer covers return shipping. We recommend tracked shipping.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the return. The credit will appear based on your bank’s policy. You’ll receive an email confirmation once refund is issued.

If your order has not yet been processed, contact us within 2 hours after placing. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible — but you may return items following our return policy.

No, guest checkout is available. However, creating an account lets you save addresses, view order history, and receive early offers.

On the login page, click “Forgot password?” and enter your email. We’ll send a secure reset link. If you don’t see it, check your spam folder or contact support.
